WELCOME TO Aries-Trade Corporation's Aries.hu ONLINE SERVICE (the "SERVICE"). The following describes the terms and conditions between you and Aries.hu ("Aries") under which Aries offers you access to the Service. Use of the Service indicates that you accept the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not accept all of the terms and conditions, please do not use the Service. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING THE "I AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THE ARIES TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT" AND THE "REGISTRATION" BUTTONS, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ARIES'S

We may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You agree to be bound by such revisions, and you should periodically revisit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions.
In these terms and conditions, all users of the Service shall be referred to as the "User".

The Service is only available to individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Thus, you must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Service. Aries may, in its sole discretion, refuse the Service to anyone at any time. The Service is not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Aries members.

Users are hereby granted access to Aries's various directories, databases and listings in accordance with these terms and conditions and as otherwise permitted by Aries. Any other use or attempt to use Aries's various directories, databases and listings for commercial, copying, reproduction, mass marketing (whether by spamming or not) or any other unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited. The User agrees that the User shall not commercially exploit any information received or accessed through the Service including but not limited to copying (through robots, spiders, any automatic device or manual process) except with Aries's prior written consent.

If any User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete, or if Aries has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete, Aries has the right to suspend or terminate such User's membership and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service or any other services that may be provided by Aries.

Each User agrees and accepts that Aries shall not actively monitor nor exercise any editorial control whatsoever over the content of Company Information or other material or information created, obtained or accessible through the Service. Aries does not endorse, verify or otherwise certify the contents of any comments or other material or information made by any User. Each User is solely responsible for the contents of such User's information and may be held legally liable or accountable for the content of each such User's comments or other material or information.
However, Aries reserves the right to remove any material it becomes aware of that is in it sole discretion, potentially unlawful, could subject Aries to liability, violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise found inappropriate. Aries reserves the right to cooperate fully with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing. Further, Aries reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of such User as Aries deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Each User represents, warrants and agrees that it shall not use the Service for any unlawful or inappropriate purposes, including without limitation, spoofing, sniffing, eavesdropping, imposturing or spamming other users, harassment, fraud, forgery, electronic trespass, hacking, system contamination including without limitation use or viruses, worms or harmful access and/or retrieval of information.

Listed Members and Solicitation Restrictions
All Listed Members can send and receive unlimited TradeContacts per month. Members can post a maximum of ten product pictures with Trade Leads. Posting Trade Leads is unlimited but the similar, same Trade Leads we will delete. On all opening page may be upload only two posts but with different picture. These limitations were developed with the understanding that posting Trade Leads is the foundation of achieving trade succcess, but equally, understanding that some Users may attempt to post an exhorbitant number of similar messages.

User acknowledges that the use of the data contained in this Site requires judgement and analysis, and User warrants and represents to Aries that it has the necessary expertise and judgement to use the data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND ARIES HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF CONDITION, QUALITY, DURABILITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, UNDERTAKINGS AND TERMS ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
ARIES MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE VALIDITY, ACCURACY, CORRECTNESS, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, STABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR CURRENTNESS OF TECHNICAL AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
These pages are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, as to the accuracy of or non-infringement of property rights in the content, whether or not Aries has been given notice of any such defect. The User assumes the entire risk as to the accuracy of and the use of this Site and any information that is linked to.
Aries its directors, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable in contract or otherwise for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage of whatever nature sustained by a User or others directly or indirectly as a result of making use of this Site and the data in it.
In using this Site, Users expressly waive any and all claims that they may have against Aries, its directors, officers, employees and suppliers arising out of such use, and agree to indemnify Aries against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, demands, liabilities and expenses whatsover incurred by Aries as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions by a User.

During the registration process, you will choose an Username and a Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Username and Password, and for all activities that occur under your Username and Password.
You agree to: immediately notify Aries of any unauthorized use of your Username or Password or any other breach of security, and ensure that you properly exit the web site at the end of each session.
Aries cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.

User acknowledges that information contained in this site may be proprietary and confidential to Aries and its users. User agrees that it will not disclose, indirectly or indirectly data to third parties other than as required to carry out the purposes of this agreement.

Aries.hu is the sole owner of all the rights to the Service. The Service embodies trade secrets and intellectual property rights protected under worldwide copyright and other laws. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights in the Service shall remain with Aries.hu. All rights not otherwise claimed herein or by Aries.hu are hereby reserved.

Reference to any product, process, publication, or service of any third party by trade name, trademark, manufacturer advertisement or otherwise does not constitute or imply the endorsement or recommendation of such by Aries.

Aries may terminate a subscriber immediately without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

ARIES shall not be liable to you for delays or failures in performing from causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of wars, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, or casualties. ARIES reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

You agree that the laws of Hungary apply to any issue that may arise with Aries regarding this site, and to settle such dispute in the courts of Hungary.
